Whether a customer buys with or without his or her account, he/she has the right to the information to whom you share his/her data, how long you will keep them and in which purpose they will be processed. The person also has the right to request the deletion of its data. Implement technical and organizational protection measures. Remove “This page uses cookies-I agree” caption. Explain briefly, clearly, concisely and understandable to the user why this is useful for him/her and invite him/her to action to mark the checkbox. As we wrote earlier, the checkbox shouldn’t be pre-marked. The same thing is with opt-in forms. Tell your customers in what purpose their emails will be used. Do not accumulate a lot of purposes at once, do not send a newsletter notification if the buyer only wants an offer from you. Play fair and customers will surely appreciate it. Keep all collected consent and pay attention to the lifespan. Please update your data on request. Delete data on request. Inform the buyer about any possible violation of his or her data.
